3.1 Account Creation and Security

When you create a JobsFlow AI account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity

3.2 Security Best Practices

We recommend you:

• Use a strong, unique password (minimum 12 characters with mixed case, numbers, symbols)
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Never share your password with anyone
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices
• Use only official JobsFlow AI applications and websites
• Be cautious of phishing emails claiming to be from JobsFlow AI

3.3 Unauthorized Access

You are responsible for:

• Any use of your account, whether or not authorized
• Any breach of security related to your account
• Any unauthorized access or use

We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

JobsFlow AI automates the process of applying to job positions on supported job portals. The Service:

• Automatically fills application forms with your information
• Submits applications on your behalf
• Tracks application status and responses
• Provides analytics and insights on your job applications

You are solely responsible for:

5.3 Use at Your Own Risk

By using JobsFlow AI to automate applications on external portals, you acknowledge:

• You understand risks of account restriction or suspension
• You voluntarily assume these risks
• JobsFlow AI is not liable for portal-imposed consequences
• You indemnify JobsFlow AI against portal-related claims

6.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: No payment required, subject to usage limits
• Paid Plans: Monthly recurring subscription charges
• Billing occurs on the same day each month
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6.2 Payment Processing

Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal (if available)
• Razorpay (for India-based users)
• Stripe (payment processor)

6.3 Automatic Renewal

• Subscription Renewal: Free plan: No automatic charges
• Paid plans: Automatically renew every month
• We'll charge your payment method on the same day each month
• We'll send a renewal notice 7 days before renewal

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass platform restrictions
• Using the Service for illegal activities
• Harassment, fraud, or deception
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications through portals
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Disrupting platform operations or security
• Using the Service to harm others or damage reputation
• Circumventing security or access restrictions

7.2 Abusive Behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempt security attacks on our platform
• Use automation excessively (causing portal bans)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

• We monitor for policy violations
• We may investigate suspected abuse
• We may take immediate action without warning for serious violations
• Suspension or termination may be permanent

8.1 Our Ownership

JobsFlow AI owns and retains all rights to:

• Platform architecture and design
• Source code and algorithms
• Content, text, graphics, logos, images
• Features, functionality, and processes
• Database compilations
• All improvements and modifications

8.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use within the scope of your paid subscription (if applicable)
• Store your application history and data

8.3 Restrictions

You cannot:

• Copy, distribute, or resell the Service
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary marks
• Use the Service for commercial purposes (resale, SaaS offering, etc.)

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to JobsFlow AI, including:

• Your resume/CV
• Job preferences and profile information
• Application history and responses

9.2 License to Use Your Content

By providing content to JobsFlow AI, you grant us the right to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Analyze your data to improve platform features (anonymized)
• Display your application status and history in your dashboard
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and research

9.3 Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all content you provide
• Your content does not violate anyone's rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• You're responsible for all content you post or transmit

10.1 'AS-IS' Service

10.2 Portal Accuracy

• We cannot guarantee 100% application success on all portals
• Job portals may reject applications for various reasons
• Portal policies may change without notice
• Portal features may be updated, affecting automation

10.3 No Guarantee of Results

• We do NOT guarantee you will receive job interviews
• We do NOT guarantee you will get hired
• JobsFlow AI is a tool to increase application volume, not a job guarantee
• Your success depends on your qualifications and job market conditions

11.1 No Consequential Damages

11.2 Cap on Liability

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• If you haven't paid anything (Free plan), our liability is $0

11.3 Exceptions to Limitation

• We remain fully liable for: Death or personal injury from our negligence
• Fraud or intentional misconduct
• Any liability that cannot be limited by law

13.1 Termination by You

• You can terminate your account anytime by:
• Going to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Emailing us at support@jobsflow.ai
• Requesting account deletion

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in illegal activity
• Violate job portal terms (repeated violations)
• Haven't paid for a paid subscription (past due >30 days)
• Pose a security or fraud risk

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service is immediately revoked
• Paid subscription is cancelled immediately
• Your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• We are not liable for loss of data
• You are not entitled to refunds

14.1 Right to Modify

We may update these Terms at any time for:

• Legal compliance changes
• New features or services
• Improved clarity or corrections
• Business model changes

14.2 Notification

• Major changes: We'll notify you via email at least 30 days before

• You accept full responsibility for consequences
• You understand you may lose access if you violate Terms
• Your acceptance is recorded in our database with timestamp

21.2 Legal Binding

Q: Will JobsFlow AI be held responsible if Naukri bans my account?

A: No. By accepting these Terms, you accept this risk. We are not responsible for portal consequences.

Q: Can I use JobsFlow AI to apply to competitors?

A: Yes, as long as you comply with each portal's terms.

Q: What if I get suspended on a job portal?

A: JobsFlow AI is not liable. You assumed this risk by using the Service. Consult the portal for account recovery.

Q: Can I share my JobsFlow AI account with others?

A: No. Each user must have their own account. Sharing violates these Terms.

Q: What happens to my data if I delete my account?

A: Your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours. This is irreversible.
